If you choose SF Pickup Point Services, shipped from the warehouse, the order will be sent to the designated SF Pickup stations, customers have to pick up the goods within 3 days afterwards.
SF express may have different delivery time to different regions, such as the shipping address is the business building will normally be completed within one to two business days for delivery, non-BUSINESS buildings or remote areas will require additional days to complete delivery. Based relates 3rd party delivery service companies, such as single guests around to make inquiries or request a specific date or time of delivery to us,we will soon request to SF, but SF does not necessarily guarantee the actual arrival at the time. If the goods not in stock, or need longer delivery time, we will arrange and notify customers asap. We will try to arrange delivery in the highest efficiency; however, goods delivery time will be affected by factors of individual regions transport legislation, customs, logistics arrangements, or the local weather and local public holidays. We are not binding to delays incurred & any liability on.
Courier company
We offer SF Express delivery company to Hong Kong / Macau. In addition, we may arrange different courier companies (for example, TGX, COE, DHL, etc.)  to deliver to other countries and regions.
Above courier companies have order tracking number (Tracking Code) service, you can always view the latest shipping situation.
Discover Hong Kong in remote areas
Remote areas include: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island.
If the delivery address or more remote areas, we may have to use Hong Kong Post Office will be sent to the customer commodity.
If the courier company failed to deliver my order, and return the parcel Risurisu, how to do?
Reasons may include incorrect or incomplete address information, cannot contact the recipientt, or unclaimed merchandise. When Risurisu courier company received orders to return undeliverable parcels, Risurisu will inform guests. If guests want to re-delivery, additional shipping charge will be needed.
Risurisu will make every effort to ensure adequate supply of goods, if out of stocks happened after order placed, we will contact our customer immediately for the updated situation.
